2 x Certified copies of:
• School Certificate
• ID documentation
• Marriage certificate (when applicable)
• 2 x ID photos
Registration is done at the Healthnicon

All welcome regardless of race and gender
Student cards are issued by the Healthnicon to all students
Prescribed shoes and uniforms are obtainable from the Heathnicon uniform factory
